Apple asked Suppliers to move their 15 to 30% of production outside of China

The US based company Apple, whose main production has been done outside America since years, now Apple has reportedly asked its major suppliers, for shifting their 15 to 30% of production outside of China. The reason behind this move is avoid the higher tariffs on exports, to the U.S.

It’s not an easy decision, because this move will deadly hit the American tech money, in terms of losing the profits and it will lead to wide range of job losses in China. According a

top research manager at IDC Taiwan, Sean Kao, who is also a tech business advisory service,  many Taiwanese electronics suppliers along with the other tech manufacturers, have already moved outside of mainland China, with part of their assembly lines, he told.

The recent on-going trade war between U.S and China intensifies and the similar changes have taken place for other China-based technology suppliers.
