AMD isn’t planning to take its foot off the gas, as the chip-maker company recently-published EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) listing has seemingly ousted a new range of 3rd-generation Ryzen desktop processors.
The company could be working on unannounced Ryzen 3000-series processors, according to the listing, that includes the Ryzen 9 3900, Ryzen 7 3700 and Ryzen 5 3500.
The current family of AMD Ryzen 3000 processors, that ranges from the midrange AMD Ryzen 5 3600 to the high-end 16-core Ryzen 9 3950X, and also have been highly acclaimed by the both critics and consumers.
The chip-maker company would like to keep that momentum going on, by just introducing the new processor models that are at more appealing prices. AMD Ryzen 9 3900 would be a less powered version of Ryzen 9 3900X, with a same relationship between Ryzen 7 3700 and Ryzen 7 3700X. However, ‘X’ variants both have TDP of 105W, while AMD’s new CPUs will have TDPs of 65W, as well as it’s having the same core and thread counts, matching the existing models.
It seems that AMD could also be releasing “Ryzen 7 Pro 3700”, a “Ryzen 9 Pro 3900”, and “Ryzen 5 Pro 3600” that would be for the business users. AMD’s Pro models would have the same TDP as the regular CPUs.
